Requirement Elicitation and Documentation

Conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and observation sessions to capture both functional and non-functional requirements.

Business Process Mapping

Analyzing current (“as-is”) business processes, identifying inefficiencies or bottlenecks, and designing future (“to-be”) processes using tools like flowcharts or BPMN diagrams.

Stakeholder Analysis and Management

Identifying key stakeholders, understanding their interests, concerns, and influence. Establishing clear communication and management strategies tailored to each stakeholder group to ensure their engagement and buy-in throughout the project.

Solution Evaluation and Recommendation

Assessing multiple solutions or vendors based on the captured requirements and business objectives. Providing recommendations on the most suitable options based on factors such as cost, scalability, and fit for the organization.
